Pricing FAQ
Is the Pilot plan really free?
Yes. No credit card required. You get full product access — monitoring, detection, alerts, incidents, and evidence export — for one workspace and up to five contracts. The free tier is not time-limited.
How does the Pro trial work?
You get 14 days on the Pro tier at no charge. After the trial, you are billed monthly at $299. Cancel any time from your workspace settings before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
What counts as a "monitored contract"?
Each on-chain address you register as a monitoring target in your workspace counts as one monitored contract. EOA wallets and oracle feeds each count separately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Data and evidence packages are preserved when you downgrade.
How is billing handled?
Paid plans use Paddle for subscription management. Invoices are issued monthly. Payment methods: credit/debit card and wire transfer for Enterprise.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Annual billing is available for Pro and Enterprise plans at a 15% discount. Contact sales@decoda.app to arrange.
